I first met Ginna at a bridal show in 2011 which seems so long ago! Since then, I have become GREAT friends with her AND her family. The engagement shoot was so much fun and when I met Josh then, I just KNEW their wedding day was going be even more fun.

It was.

I honestly don’t think I’ve had a more relaxing wedding day shoot ever. From the minute it started to the minute it was over, everything went perfectly to plan. The bridal party enjoyed themselves, made sure the bride and groom were enjoying themselves and made sure they were exactly where I needed them WHEN I needed them ;-).

I could go on and on about how much I am in love with this day – but then you’d never get to see some photos. Enjoy!

The girls started their day at ‘The Manse’ Bed and Breakfast in Bennettsville.

Then it was off to the church to start getting ready 🙂

The guys meanwhile, have it so easy getting ready for the wedding!

Pretty soon it was time for the ceremony and what a gorgeous one it was.

Church rules indicated that I could only shoot the bride as she walked down the aisle but before I ran up the stairs to shoot from the balcony, I managed to get this shot of the Father of the bride laughing with her. LOVE this shot. I also love the Eskimo kiss they exchanged.

One prayer song to go and the ceremony was over.

Then it was time for photographs of the bride and groom.

The reception hall was full when we got back and everyone was enjoying the food and drinks. Let’s just take a moment to look at this STUNNING cake. Prettiest (and tallest) cake I’ve ever seen!

Ginna and Josh also had a photobooth 🙂

One last shot of their ‘car’ before we left 🙂

If you are still with me here, I wanted to post one last photo. This isn’t from their wedding day, it was from the rehearsal dinner (to which my husband and I were both invited and made very welcome). As is the tradition, there is a cake for the groom at the rehearsal. Ginna went all out for Josh and had this AMAZING cake made for him in the shape of a dog – he has about 2o hunting dogs.

When I say that this wedding day was amazing, I’m serious. The love that everyone felt is a testament to both Ginna, Josh and their families.

Congratulations guys!
