I met up with Annah and her Mom, India at their home at Cashua Ferry Stables in Darlington. Their property is absolutely lovely to shoot on and with the horses as a friendly backdrop I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take their photos
Annah is quite the charmer and at one point was reading to her horse Delilah!

This morning Georgia came by. She had the day off work and so I not only took some lovely photos of her by herself, I also managed to capture a couple WITH me. It’s very rare to find me in front of the camera but I couldn’t pass up this opportunity. I love these and have already ordered a bunch of prints from the whole set.

Emily and Daryl came all the way from Boston, MA to Fort Caswell/Southport for their small and intimate wedding while their families and friends came from Vermont, NC and lots of other places. I met with them the day before their wedding to take some candid relaxed shots and the weather was quite overcast – poor Emily was FREEZING!!!!
The day OF their wedding, the sun was shining, and the wind was blowing. Like, REALLY blowing. No. Seriously, it was BLOWING at GALE force strengths! I think if Daryl hadn’t been holding onto Emily she would have blown away :-/
We all managed to stand firm though and it turned out to be a lovely ceremony with a lovely group of people!
Thank you so much for the wonderful pictures from our wedding. These pictures are so beautiful and really reflect how happy we were and how much fun we had. The day was perfect and we wouldn’t have changed a thing!

After a week of cold weather, the sun finally came out and made this wedding day a beautiful day! Maribeth and Chantz were married at College Baptist Church and had their reception at the Darlington Country Club.
The girls had a bridal brunch at The Russell House in Florence where they also got ready for the day, and the guys spent some time relaxing by going bowling.
The overall theme of the day was relaxing and enjoyment and judging by the smiles from everyone, they were relaxed and happy
